Description
The simplest way to measure water vapor permeability is through the use of the 68-3000 EZ-Cup Vapometer. This Vapometer is engineered with a lightweight aluminum cup and an aluminum threaded flanged ring featuring two neoprene gaskets which are equipped with a Teflon seal that holds the specimen in place. This system was specifically designed to eliminate edge leakage and to provide fast, secure sealing of the specimen between the gaskets. Specimens are easily loaded into the Vapometer and sealed in place by a simple twist of the threaded upper aluminum flange. Having to tighten individual screws is a thing of the past.

Accurate samples for the Vapometer (2.9375 in. dia.) can be quickly prepared using a Circular Steel Die (2.9375 in. dia.) with the 240-7B Alfa Cutter.
