Description
The TA-100-FINAT is a 2 kg hand roller built to the Standard FINAT Test Roller specification for preparing FINAT FTM 1 (180°) and FINAT FTM 2 (90°) peel adhesion specimens. Its floating axle applies only the roller’s own weight, so operators can’t add pressure by pushing down.

Sample Preparation for FINAT Peel Adhesion Testing
FINAT FTM 1 and FTM 2 call for test strips to be applied to the test plate with the standard FINAT roller before peeling. Prepare specimens with the TA-100-FINAT, then run the peel test on either Thwing-Albert instrument:
- FP-2265 Friction/Peel Tester: benchtop tester with a 180° peel arm included and an optional 90° Peel Fixture
- VantageNX Tensile Testing Machine: universal testing frame that can be outfitted with the 90 Degree Peel Fixture or 180 Degree Peel Fixture
