The Laboratory Beater type Valley is used worldwide to beat with high repeatability and reproducibility pulps for Q.C. (Quality Control) and R&D (Research and Development).
This equipment beats successfully most types of pulps, from hardwood short fibers like Eucalyptus to softwood long fibers like Pine.
Beater tub, beating roll, flybars, bedplate bars and working table made of stainless steel;
Pressure between beating roll and bedplate is accurately adjusted by exclusive integrated pneumatic drive and load cell system for measuring force applied on bedplate assembly;
Beating roll is driven by a rugged & compact gear motor controlled by a frequency inverter, which ensures standard relative cutting speed of em/s between flybars and bedplate bars with minimal maintenance requirements;
Access for regular inspection, sharpening & cleaning of the bedplate assembly is easily done by exclusive quick-operating clamp system;
Closed beating loop driven by the refiner itself ensures that all the pulp is refined homogenously while it is circulating throughout the beater;
Lower collection point with stainless steel ball valve ensures easy collection of beaten pulp as well easy drainage of washing water from the beater’s tub during regular cleaning jobs;
Rugged supporting structure made of welded structural steel profiles is epoxi painted and mounted on rugged wheels for easy movimentation during regular cleaning, inspection & servicing jobs. Light & rugged plastic covers ensure high quality durable finish for this sharp designed unit.
Control panel offers programmable digital countdown timer, digital indication of the temperature of beaten pulp as well digital indication and adjust of the force applied on bedplate and of the rotation of beating roll.
