Thwing-Albert International Team Training

The team selling servicing Thwing-Albert Instruments throughout Thailand and Vietnam visited the United States for some one-on-one training.  With the ongoing need for service the team focused on the new instruments and software in order to provide quick response to customer needs.

Training was provided on site at the Thwing-Albert facility in West Berlin, New Jersey.  The visitors were engaged in a two day hands on training including MAP4 Materials Testing Software operation.  Education was provided for testing equipment for various applications on site by the experts at Thwing-Albert.  Products demonstrated ranged from the new FP-2260 Friction/Peel Tester to the EJA Vantage partnered with the advanced testing software allowing for extensive information to take away from the training.

It is valuable to offer this training to our partners abroad to support that current excellent service that is being provided and enhance it with new technicians in the field.
