Control System Options for the DVACI CDV Leak Testers

Select the module that is right for your testing needs and requirements. Three options are available, one manual and two electronic control system options. All are compact and integrate easily with your CDV Chamber for intuitive operation. The CDV 3 and CDV 4 models are designed to house the control system directly beneath the chamber, saving valuable workspace. Each system is also built for easy maintenance, allowing individual components to be replaced or repaired as needed to minimize downtime.

Module M Controller is a manual option for operating the DVACI CDV Leak Test. Module M – Manual Control System
Module M is the ideal solution for those seeking a manual, reliable, and easy-to-operate control system for vacuum leak testing. Its mechanical configuration allows direct adjustment of the vacuum and visual monitoring via an integrated pressure gauge, offering a practical and accessible alternative for basic and occasional applications. This can be compatible with any Vacuum Chamber not just DVACI.
Module S Controller is a simplified electronic option for operating the DVACI CDV Leak Test.

Module S – Simplified Control System
Module S is a reliable, easy-to-use, and cost-effective electronic control system for the CDV Chamber. Designed with user-friendly Start and Stop buttons and a timer for precise cycle control, it delivers accurate and repeatable results through an advanced digital regulator with an adjustable vacuum setpoint. An ideal choice for single test procedures, occasional use, and budget-conscious operations that still require standards compliance.
Module P Controller is an advanced system with ORION OS for operating the DVACI CDV Leak Test.
Module P – Electronic Control System
Module P is the most advanced control system option, offering full versatility and customization through the ORION OS touchscreen interface. Compatible with a wide range of test methods — including Transport, Pharmaceutical, Internal Pressure, and Multi-Cycle Testing — it supports two-level user access for secure data management in compliance with CFR 21 Part 11. Like a smartphone, Module P accepts application updates and integrates seamlessly with optional accessories such as thermal printers and barcode readers.
