New Instrument Warranty
All of Thwing-Albert's instruments come with a One-Year Limited Warranty.
When all you need is a simple instrument calibration, a Thwing-Albert Field Engineer will come to your site and verify your equipment's performance.
Thwing-Albert Instrument Company is an accredited ISO/IEC 17025:2005 laboratory. This accreditation expands our commitment to customer quality by adding to our scope of calibration covering mechanical, dimensional, mass, force, weighing devices and time and frequency instruments.
Please reference the full accreditation scope within our certificate, which identifies our accredited calibrations for various measurements.
Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) Agreement
In order to ensure your test equipment provides accurate and repeatable test data, yearly Preventive Maintenance Inspections are necessary. Regular maintenance is the most cost-effective way to keep your instrument running smoothly and in adherence to calibration guidelines to avoid disruptions in your daily business.
A Thwing-Albert Field Engineer will inspect, calibrate and certify your machine. If the instrument requires repairs, our field engineer can troubleshoot any issues at that time as well.
PMI with Calibration includes:
- A pre-defined set of maintenance procedures including instrument cleaning and lubricating.
- Worn parts whose total replacement cost does not exceed $50.00 per instrument will be replaced at no charge.
- A new calibration certificate and sticker will be issued.
You also have the option to prepay for a PMI Contract, this includes two maintenance visits per year and priority scheduling to stay up to date with your calibration certificate.
