Calibration Services

When all you need is a simple instrument calibration, a Thwing-Albert Field Engineer will come to your site and verify your equipment's performance. 

Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) Agreement

In order to ensure your test equipment provides accurate and repeatable test data, a PMI contract is necessary.  This is the most cost-effective plan to keep your instrument running smoothly and in adherence to calibration guidelines.

A Thwing-Albert Field Engineer will inspect, calibrate and certify your machine.  Instruments are also cleaned, lubricated and worn parts such as switches and potentiometers are replaced. If the instrument requires repairs, our field engineer can troubleshoot it at that time as well.

A PMI agreement ensures inspections are scheduled in advance, guaranteeing that your certification is always current.

Full Service Agreement

Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your investment is protected by the best service plan in the industry.  Our all-inclusive Full Service program entitles you to two PMI's a year and one free emergency service (not including travel & expenses), if necessary.  The agreement includes all labor, repairs and most parts. (Does not include load cells, grips or peripherals).
