Description
The Disintegrator model DSG-21 is an equipment indispensable for the laboratory wet disintegration of pulp and the correct preparation of pulp suspensions.
This preparation is a key point for the determination of refining efficiency according to the Schopper-Riegler and Canadian Freeness methods, and for the preparation of laboratory sheets for physical testing according to the Conventional and Rapid-Köthen methods.
Its Standard design allows to separate again interlaced fibers which were free in the pulp stock without appreciably changing their structural properties. Its compact design and rugged construction enable installation with minimal space requirements and ensure long and almost maintenance free useful lifetime.
It incorporates sturdy push start button, stainless steel reservoir, light and strong, and sensor for detection of presence of reservoir in test position, ensuring absolute safety for users.
