Inside Sales Position-

Exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that enjoys a dynamic office environment and a consultative sales approach in assisting customers. We are a 108-year old manufacturing and marketer of scientific testing equipment used in manufacturing processes, research and development and educational institutions. Our products are designed to measure the physical properties of variety of materials including, but not limited to, paper, textile, rubber, light metals, elastomers, plastic film and packaging. We are an international company with a strong network of regional account managers and agents. We are seeking an energetic individual that has the desire to learn our business.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Answering incoming sales calls
• Preparing and sending quotations
• Maintaining the company’s sales database
• Following up on existing leads
• Prospecting for new customers
• Assisting the regional account managers and international agents

As we understand that our products and services are unique, we are willing to train the right candidate but you must possess the following skills/background:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint
• Ability to work independently as well as with a group
• Ability to comprehend technical information
• 4-year college or technical degree preferred
